I was surprised by how expensive sclv.com felt for what you actually get. I expected a bit more considering what I paid, but it just didn’t feel worth it to me. Then the extra costs started adding up too?! Maybe it makes sense for some people, but for me the pricing was a real letdown.

I sent my order back thinking it would be straightforward. It wasn’t. Days went by, no real update, so I had to message support more than once just to figure out what was happening.

The refund did show up eventually. So, okay, not a total disaster. But still slow. And annoying. Returns really shouldn’t take that much chasing.

This was cheap stuff. I washed it once and the seams already started coming apart, so I’m blaming the quality here. Definitely not something I’d buy again.
